TopUp, also know as real time recharge, real time reload, RTR, RTT, is where a customer phone number or account is entered, as well as the load amount. The load value is immediately added to the account. There is no PIN to print and the customer has no action other than to provide their phone number (or account) to the merchant/clerk.
Supports the following products:
Domestic mobile account loading including Telus TopUp, Koodo TopUp, Public Mobile TopUp
International topup which involves exchange rates to the load country currency
Steps to purchase include:
1. Choose carrier.
2. Enter the customers phone number or account to load.
3. Choose the amount desired from the pre-set list or enter the load value, depending on the type of product.
4. Voucher prints with confirmation details.

This type of top up loads value directly to a consumer phone number or account with one of the carrier's list of denominations.

3. Choose the amount desired from the available list of denominations.

This type of top up loads value directly to a consumer phone number with an amount chosen between a carrier minimum and maximum load range.
Steps to purchase include:
1. Choose carrier.
2. Enter the phone number or account to load. Enter the amount desired.
3. Confirmation screen, which includes product name, amount, phone number/account to top up.
4. Voucher prints with confirmation details.
